A. Erection and Repair of Buildings -- All buildings contractors, erecting or repairing buildings, are to be paid directly by The ÉäÒùʪ of the University of ÉäÒùʪ and such payments are to be submitted to the State Treasurer for reimbursement therefor from the appropriate appropriated funds.
