University of ÉäÒùʪ Board of ÉäÒùʪ

The University of ÉäÒùʪ Board of ÉäÒùʪ Presidential Search Committee will meet at 10:00 A.M., CDT, on Tuesday, October 23, 2007, originating in University Hall Conference Room 225, Columbia, Mo., and at remote locations via conference telephone. The committee will meet in an open session to consider approval of a closed meeting. Notice is hereby given that the Board of ÉäÒùʪ, upon such motion duly made and adopted, may hold a closed meeting on October 23, 2007, and conduct closed votes pursuant to Sections 610.021(3), RSMo, relating to matters identified in that provision, which include hiring, firing, disciplining, or promoting of particular employees and 610.021(13), RSMo, relating to matters identified in that provision, which include individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings, or records pertaining to employees or applicants for employment.
