UNIVERSITY OF MISSOURI BOARD OF CURATORS

CONFLICT OF INTEREST COMMITTEE

There will be a meeting of the University of ÉäÒùʪ Board of ÉäÒùʪ Conflict of Interest Committee at 2 p.m., Friday, June 9, 2006, originating in Conference Room 215 University Hall, Columbia, Mo., and at remote locations via conference telephone.

The Conflict of Interest Committee will meet in an open session to review and possibly finalize a Board of ÉäÒùʪ business and financial disclosure form and discuss the details of a formal conflict of interest policy for consideration and approval of the full Board of ÉäÒùʪ.
